What we do โ€” and do not โ€” collect.

What we collect

This is a plain informational site with no accounts, no logins and no personalisation, so there is very little to collect. We install no analytics package, no ad pixels and no tracking scripts of our own. The one record that does exist is the usual web-server log โ€” IP address, time, page requested, and the browser and device string sent by your software. We do not use those records to build a profile of you, and we do not sell personal information.

Outbound tracking

Operator links here can carry a referral marker โ€” that is the mechanism by which we are credited for a visit. We do not learn your name from it, but referral markers, click identifiers, IP addresses and similar technical data can still count as personal information under data-protection law, so we would rather say so plainly than claim otherwise.

Contacting us

That form on the contact page does not work yet: nothing is sent from it. Email us at one of the addresses listed on the Contact page and we keep the message and your address until the matter is settled. No mailing list, no newsletter, nothing follows from it.

Age of readers

This site is intended for adults of legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada) only. Nothing here is directed at under-age readers, and we knowingly collect no data from them.

About cookies

None of the cookies on this site are ours: we set no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Essential cookies may come from the provider that shields and delivers the site, purely to block abuse and keep it online. Those are technical, not advertising, cookies, and blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you reading anything here.

Your rights

Where the law provides it, and subject to its exceptions, you can ask what we hold and request access, correction or erasure. Your location may also give you rights to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, to withdrawing consent, and to complaining to your privacy regulator. Write to us via the Contact page and we will deal with it.

The rules we work to

This site is published for readers in Canada. To the extent they cover what we do, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR are the applicable regimes. Not every regime covers every visitor: applicability turns on where we operate and whom we address, not merely on your location at the moment of reading.

Other companies

Click through to Lucky Dreams Casino or another operator and you leave us behind โ€” their privacy policy governs everything from that point. We do not control what third parties collect, and we have no access to your account, deposits or verification documents with them.

Anything you want to ask about privacy here can be sent via the Contact page.
